Social responsibility
Linatech A/S does not have fixed agreements on support for charitable purposes, but every year we choose one or more purposes, cases, or events, that we choose to support. We do this, as we have a social and human responsibility as a company and an employer.
Furthermore, Linatech A/S is focused on supporting our local community in the Thorning area, and this both embraces participation in local networks, support for broad activities and initiatives, and not least being available when our local school children are up for vocational training at local companies.
Last, but not least, Linatech A/S wishes to contribute to the expansion and diversification of our overall workforce, and therefore we participate in initiatives, and enter into cooperation agreements, with the ambition of maintaining, developing, and attracting people, who might be placed a bit at the edge of the labor market.
